What we collect
If you book a call, we collect your name, work email, company, role, and whatever you write in the two free-text fields. We collect this because you gave it to us in order to arrange a conversation.
If you use the website, our hosting provider and analytics tool may collect technical data including your IP address, browser type and the pages you visited.
Why we collect it
To arrange and prepare for a call you asked for. That's contract performance or your consent, depending on how you got in touch. For analytics, our legitimate interest in understanding which pages are useful, where you've consented to that.
Who we share it with
We use these processors:
- Hosting: Lovable
- Booking and calendar: Go High Level
- Form handling: Go High Level (embedded booking forms)
- Analytics: Lovable
- Email: Gmail
We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Where it's stored
EU hosting by default. Where a processor above transfers data outside the EU, that transfer relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Data collected when you book a call through the Go High Level calendar is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Analytics data is processed by Lovable; we do not retain identifiable personal data from analytics.
Emails you send us are kept unless you specifically ask us to delete them.
If you become a client, contract and accounting records are kept for the period Portuguese law requires.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask for it in a portable format. Email info@mettaengineer.com and we'll respond within one month.
You can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD, at cnpd.pt, or to the authority in your own country.
